kindynos.mx is a public website describing Kindynos and our services. Content is provided for information. We may update copy, services, or these terms at any time.
No professional engagement by browsing
Visiting the site or sending a contact form does not create a client relationship, a bid, or a duty to respond beyond ordinary professional courtesy. Paid work starts only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to break security, and no submission of unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through the contact form.
Intellectual property
The Kindynos name, logo, and site content belong to Kindynos unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for ordinary quoting with attribution.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Kindynos is not liable for damages arising from use of the public website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Aguascalientes, Mexico, have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
