This page describes how Kindynos handles information collected through kindynos.mx. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Who we are
Kindynos is a software studio based in Mexico. For privacy questions, contact us at contact@kindynos.mx.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company name, and message. You can also reach us at contact@kindynos.mx. Server logs may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, which our hosting provider (Vercel) may process to operate the site.
Why we collect it
If you email us or send the contact form, we use that correspondence only to reply to your inquiry and, if relevant, to discuss a potential project. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How we share it
We use Vercel to host the site, Resend to deliver contact-form messages, and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam on the form. We share information only when needed to operate the site, respond to you, or comply with the law.
Retention
We keep email inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up project, then delete or archive them according to our internal records practice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you (including ARCO rights under Mexican law). Email contact@kindynos.mx and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie to confirm you are human when you use the contact form. Essential cookies may be set by the framework or hosting provider to deliver the page and remember your language preference.
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the site or sending a message, you understand that your information may be processed outside Mexico.
